Effective Povidone-Iodine based medicated cleansing solution for the treatment of vaginitis due to Candida, Trichomonas, bacterial non-specific or mixed infections, and for cleaning purposes.
- Contains an active ingredient povidone-iondine 10% w/v proven to kill bacteria, virus and fungi
- Cleans and deodorizes
- For personal hygiene or as a treatment of vaginitis
Directions of use:
- Mix 30ml of BETADINE ® Vaginal Douche with 250ml of lukewarm water
- Gently insert the applicator as far as possible into the vagina and press the bottle, until the solution is used up. Wipe dry excess liquid around vagina. Clean the bottle and applicator for re-use later
- For vaginitis, use twice daily (throughout the menstrual cycle including the days of menstruation) until recovers.
- For minor treatment of vaginal symptoms (e.g. itches and sores), use daily for five consecutive days.
- For prevention and vaginal hygiene, mix 15ml of BETADINE ® Feminine Wash (contains Povidone-iodine 10%w/v) with 250ml of lukewarm water in the provided bottle, and follow step 2. Use twice a week.
